Yesterday was a rest day, and I almost did this workout then, but I’m glad I didn’t. I was ridiculously sore and could barely walk. I was thinking about just fighting through the workout.
Instead, I just waited til today, like the schedule said.
Thank God. I was able to walk easier today and was probably able to do more of the workouts than I would have been able to if I went with my original goal.
I enjoyed this workout a bit more. It was still freaking hard, but maybe it’s the fact that even though I had a day off, I still did it.
Okay…So I didn’t keep a super accurate track of my food today. Those days happen. I survived. That’s all you need sometimes. Haha. But I think I ate…..
- Kodiak granola bar
- Kroger Creamy Mac n Cheese
- I might eat some popcorn later
- And I might eat some homemade French Fries later… We’ll see.
I feel like that’s all I need to say about my water intake today.
Hahahaha. Didn’t happen. I probably drank like…20 ounces. It was bad. Real bad.
