This was freaking brutal. Like. Brutal. One thing that was nice is that in YouTube, I could do as much as I could and then fast-forward to the break time.
Basically in this workout, you have three different sets of workouts in one group. You do 10 of each and then repeat that until the time is up…which I think is 2:30 minutes. I managed to go about 1 minute….maybe. It was so hard.
Another nice thing is a percentage bar at the bottom that would tell you how much you had finished and how much you had left.
- Kodiak Oats & Honey Granola Bar
- Fruity Pebbles Treat (like a Rice Crispy Treat but with Fruity Pebbles)
- Grilled Hamburger
- Corn Dip
- Velveeta Dip
- Pepsi (2 cans)
- Brownies (2)
- Chocolate Chip cookies (2)
- Cheddar and Sour Cream chips
I had to come back in and modify this because I realized that looking at this list…people may be concerned about my meals. Lol! We had a team building exercise today with lots of delicious, not so healthy food.
I bought a new gallon water bottle that I will eventually drink all of. It’s a work in progress. As of right now, I haven’t even drank half of it. Hopefully by the time I go to bed, I’ll hit that halfway mark.
