I had a lot of things to catch up on today, so I decided just be smart with food and eat good stuffs and take care of my mental health.
I am back with it! Got home and immediately did workouts 37 and 38! Downbeat Strength and Fight Club. It felt really good!
Aaand once again, this week was over before I realized it even began.
How does this happen?
I only did workouts once this week. We also had our co-rec volleyball championships this week (we got 2nd place – boooo), so I count that as cardio.
I let myself down and I have to accept that. I didn’t make my workouts a priority. So, just like last week, I will be resuming on Monday. I’m going to back up a few and start at 31 again.
I picked up some white out (wite out?) to update my planner.
I’m sad. I’m a little frustrated. But I have to move on and keep going.
This will not stop me like it has before.
