Real Life with a Touch of Sarcasm

Oh Goodness Gracious.

I have been slacking on so many things.

Let’s see. What is new in our lives….

Halloween: WWE HalloweenToday is Halloween! I love Halloween! I love dressing up and pretending to be someone (or something) I’m not. Justin dressed up as a WWE Champion with this snazzy blazer we found at Goodwill (after removing those horrible horrible shoulder pads).

A group of us in my department decided to dress us as zombie disney characters. I had zero idea what I wanted to do, up until the last minute. Hello Zombie Maleficent. I seriously don’t think I have ever used that much hairspray. Ever. I felt so incredibly flamable.

I have never dressed as a zombie before. It was so much fun. I really enjoyed all the blood and crazy makeup. However, once I got to work I realized I was the only one who had full zombie makeup. After work, I had so much fun with my camera and photoshop…maybe a little to much fun!

Personal Trainer: We got a personal trainer at the beginning of October to help us turn our bodies into lean mean fighting machines. Along with that, he is also doing meal planning for us so we can finally learn how to start eating healthy. We both love it, the working out at least. Meal planning is tough to get used to, always having to think ahead for the next day, making sure you have stuff cooked and prepped to take to work. It can be slightly exhausting.

Organized: I have been working on being more organized and keeping the apartment neat and tidy. It’s really been helping my anxiety.

World of Warcraft: Justin also got me started playing WoW, so that has taken up a lot of my time.

Birthdays!: OH man. We have had so many birthdays. SO many. My Mama-in-law, Justin,  Justin’s uncle, my mama, and my youngest niece turns 1 in a week. We basically spent a full weekend eating. It was so delicious, and yet slightly painful. I was full all weekend. We ate all you can eat shrimp at Red Lobster with some friends of ours. I might have gotten drunk on a very very large strawberry margarita. The next day we ate all you can eat fried chicken at the Brookville Hotel in Abilene for all of my in-laws family birthdays. It was SSOOO good. So good. From there we went straight to Hanover to celebrate my mom’s birthday! The big 7-0 and she doesn’t look a day over….50?

Okay, I think that’s about it. Hopefully I will start posting more. Catch ya on the flip side!
