Resolutions.

I just read an interesting article about how a habit takes 66 days to form.

With New Years just around the corner I have been thinking about my resolution.

I usually only make one.

I can’t even do that for the first month so why should I fail at several goals?

This 66 day thing sounds more possible though.

I have several bad habits that I would like to quit, and several good ones that I would like to form.

January sounds like the perfect time to try this.

So, I will be gathering my list of habits to break, and habits to form for the first 66 days of 2017.
